24th September 2024 we held our annual charity golf day at the Chase Golf club in Penkridge. Despite the awful weather in the run up to the event the course opened up and 14 teams competed and helped raise vital funds for both local and international good causes. The winners for a second time were the team from Neat and Tidy property ltd who scored a magnificent 111 stableford points and pipped the Element Hinton team to first place on a count back.

Club President David Marklew commented that this event has proved to be our largest annual fund raiser for many years, but sadly as the economic climate tightens all purse strings it is harder to get teams to enter so we are really grateful to everyone who played and or supported us. The funds will be used wisely and with due diligence helping those who need our help.
